Amy Garcia

Trust Administration Assistant

Amy Garcia is a San Diego native who earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of San Diego, completing her degree in three years. Her interest in the legal field grew through her experience at the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office, where she worked with the Family Protection, Narcotics, and Juvenile Divisions. She later gained additional experience in bankruptcy law.

Amy was drawn to trust administration because it gives her the opportunity to combine her interest in law with her passion for helping others. She enjoys supporting individuals and families through important life transitions while approaching each matter with care, compassion, and attention to detail. She now supports the trust administration team at DenHerder • Grier & Associates with client matters, document preparation, and case organization.

Outside of the office, Amy enjoys reading, staying active, spending time with family and friends, and being with her two corgis, Gala and Winston.
