Background:
A native San Diegan, I grew up in the Rancho Bernardo area and, after graduating from high school, attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa (Roll Tide!) where I obtained my Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, in Political Science. Although I loved my experience in the South and the University of Alabama, I knew that I wanted to return to the sunshine in California and live near my family. I obtained my Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Diego (USD) School of Law. In law school, I volunteered at USD’s Immigration Clinic and Women’s Clinic, where I provided legal assistance to lower-income individuals with immigration, custody, and dissolution-related matters.
As a new attorney, I transitioned into estate planning because I love bringing peace of mind to individuals and families during a sensitive time by ensuring their wishes are carried out following their passing. I am blessed with the ability to provide valuable legal services and create long-lasting connections with our clients. Our team at DenHerder • Grier & Associates truly prioritizes our clients’ long-term needs and goals and I am grateful to be part of a team that provides detailed and thoughtful estate planning.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my friends, family, and Pomeranian, Theodore. I have adopted Stacy DenHerder’s motto for myself: “Honoring God, serving my family, and serving the needs of my clients give me a life that is full and blessed!”
