Rich is an East Bay native from Concord, California. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, he developed an interest in the legal field and earned his Certificate in Paralegal Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles Extension Division.

Detailed, determined, and dedicated to precision, Rich takes pride in delivering a high level of accuracy in his work. Outside the office, he enjoys playing water polo and basketball, traveling, writing, and watching the NFL and NBA. He is also passionate about animals and loves spending time outdoors with his family and their dogs.
