Background:
Having practiced law for more than two decades, I still find joy and meaning in my work each day. Whether I am guiding clients through the trust and estate administration process, or advising clients on business matters, I feel honored and humbled by the trust placed in me. 

As a trust and estate attorney, I understand that the administration of a trust or an estate can be an emotional and sometimes stressful process. My goal is to alleviate much of the stress by being an attentive listener and creative problem solver throughout the course of the administration. 

As a business attorney, I counsel clients on their journey from entry to exit, and all points in between. I enjoy being part of a client’s success by drafting formation documents, buy-sell agreements, shareholder agreements, operating agreements, consulting and management agreements, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements, and other relevant documents as needed.

I am so thankful for the opportunity to work closely with my colleagues here at DenHerder • Grier & Associatesto provide compassionate and practical service to our clients.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy cooking, gardening, hiking and Pilates.
